Recently, the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA), America’s oldest pro-Israel group, issued a statement Monday morning denouncing the anti-Semitic statements of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and calling for her to be removed from her committee assignments in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Some media analysts believe that Israel is a close ally of the United States, and anti-semitism ideology means that Ilhan Omar is against the basic American Ideology. Thus, they believe that Ilhan Omar must be removed from House Committees. Whereas, others believe that Anti-semitism does not mean anti-Judaism. They believe that Ilhan Omar’s views should be taken into account, as she is pointing out the unethical actions taken by Israeli Zionists.
This scenario instigated a debate across social media regarding whether Ilhan Omar’s Anti-Semitism Means She Must Be Removed from House Committees?
