This week in the NFL, perhaps the most interesting matchup is the New Orleans Saints vs the Buffalo Bills. The Saints go to Buffalo riding a six-game win streak and have a record of 6-2. Meanwhile, the Bills are at home with a 5-3 record and have won four of their last five games. Both teams have playoff aspirations, as the Saints are in first place in the NFC South and the Bills are in second in the AFC East, one game behind New England. With both teams coming in hot and fighting for a playoff spot, the question has to be asked: Who will win this week in the Bills vs Saints NFL matchup?
Those who feel the Bills will win argue that being at home in Buffalo will play a big factor in the game. They feel that a dome team like the Saints will have a hard time adjusting to the weather in Buffalo in November. Also, the Bills had a Thursday night game last week, giving them extra time to prepare and rest for the game. Finally, the Saints have made their win streak against some weak teams and they haven’t played anyone as tough as the Bills.
People who feel the Saints will win argue that there is no way that the Bills are going to win this game. The Bills can’t stop the Saints’ offense and the Bills’ offense can’t put up enough points to win the game. They feel that the Saints are on a roll right now and there isn’t a team in the league that can beat them. Also, they feel that the Saints have the better quarterback in Drew Brees, and he will lead them to victory. Finally, once the Saints do get the lead, behind Brees, the Saints’ running game will keep the ball away from the Bills and put the game away.
