No, the court was wrong to change his sentence
People who feel that the court should not have changed the sentence say that it is wrong to keep changing it. He stood trial and was convicted of manslaughter, but the prosecutor wouldn’t let it go and appealed, and got his conviction changed to murder. He gets 6 years in prison, then they appeal again and now it’s 13 years. Some feel that is crazy. To many he is being persecuted because he is famous, or rich, or because its South Africa and he is white. Whatever the reason, people feel he has suffered enough and they need to just leave him be and let him serve his time. He has to live with the guilt of accidentally killing the woman he loved and that should be punishment enough.
Only in jail because he's white and rich !

I really don't like that crap!
Give the man a sentence and let it be!
Stop waiting until it's close to him getting out, then giving him more time!
That's not right!

A human rights violation from the very beginning, yes he's guilty and should be punished but the trial, sentence and retrial, a black judge showing a white man who's boss. Trial for the media 🤔
