Yes, the court was right to change his sentence
Those who think the court was right to change his sentence say that he got what he deserved. They argue that he was convicted of murder and the sentence for that crime is a minimum of 15 years in prison, so he should get at least that. They feel the first sentence he received was down right criminal. He should not get to serve only 6 years in prison when everyone else gets at least 15. They say just because he was a celebrity and seen by many as a national hero in South Africa, doesn’t mean he should get special treatment in the eyes of the law. He took an innocent woman’s life and shattered her family. He should pay for what he did.
And he deserves everything he gets!If he were black he would have had life with no appeal. One can only thank his dad for insisting this appeal go ahead to give him a sentence commensurate with his awful crime?

Mr Pistorius killed an innocent person. Took their life while he still has his. He deserves to stay in prison.

Great he is a #murderer! What idiot shoots into his bathroom thinking it's a robber?

Justice is finally served to this dangerous, reckless murderer. His story didn't stack up in the slightest.
