Recently, President Donald Trump said that Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has nominated him for a Nobel Peace Prize because Trump said he made Japan “feel safe” after his negotiations with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Furthermore, he also claimed that “Shinzo Abe “gave me the most beautiful copy of a letter that he sent to the people who give out a thing called the Nobel Prize”.
Some media analysts believe that Trump neutralized North Korea’s nuclear threat without a single shot. The argued that this is this reason alone is worthy enough for a Nobel Prize nomination for President Trump. Whereas, others argued that President Trump does not deserve the Nobel Prize nomination. Furthermore, they discredit Trump claim that Japanese PM nominated him for a Nobel Peace Prize, as a manufactured truth.
This scenario instigated a debate across social media regarding whether Japanese Prime Minister nominated Trump for a Nobel Peace Prize?
