Trump canceled the meeting with North Korean Leader: Who is responsible, Trump or Kim?

Recently, Trump announced that he has canceled the planned summit with North Korean Leader, Kim Jong-un, citing Mr. Jong-un’s tremendous anger and open hostility. Media reports suggested that Trump administration was only willing to offer “Libya Plan” to the North Korean Government. Mr. Kim Jong-un was furious over this proposal and threatened to attack the U.S. with nuclear nukes. As a result, Trump canceled the planned summit.

Some news analysts argued that they knew, this cancellation was going to happen, from the very beginning, because Kim Jong-Un’s style of leadership resembles that of a dictator. Whereas some news analysts believed that Trump canceled the summit, therefore, he is responsible.
