Recently, Vice President Pence maintained in an interview with Hill TV that Republicans will keep control of the House in next week’s midterm elections. According to media reports, VP Pence added that “I think we’re going to expand our majority in the United States Senate, and I think we’re going to hold our Republican majority in the House of Representatives”.
Some media analysts argue that GOP is really performing well, and Trump has already delivered on many of his initial promises. They argue that Republicans can retain control of the House. Whereas, others argued that some of Trump’s policies are hugely unpopular among the public, thus they fear that Republicans will not be able to retain control of the House.
This scenario instigated the debate across social media regarding whether Republicans will really retain control of the house?
