The judge made the right decision
Those who feel the judge made the right decision say that it was the correct ruling in the eyes of the law. They feel that former head of the CFPB Richard Cordray greatly exceeded his authority when he tried to appoint Leandra English. They argue it is the president who gets to decide who runs these agencies, not the agencies themselves. It is felt that the judge also protected the way things are done in this country for the future. Someday a Democrat or a member of some other party will be president and they will be appointing people. Many feel the judge made sure that the members of those agencies will not have the ability to deny the will of the people.
Nice to see the rule of law enforced from time to time. Good decision. Right decision. Legal decision. End of story.

Good. At some point in the years ahead, a Dem, or another party, will be POTUS. This is not about the people but about process.

Courdray stretches the law in Dodd frank! It is not to replace a vacant seat. It is to appoint if the director is out of office for long periods of time! Democrats violate law again!

How is this shocking? The executive has the power to install people in these agencies.
